Returns & Exchanges

At Poseidon Bike, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unridden condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and place all components back into the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit and prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our mechanics inspect the return at our warehouse, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
