How do Poseidon bikes arrive when shipped?
All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unridden bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do Poseidon frames come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty on all Poseidon frames and forks against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
How do I determine which size bike I need?
Size charts are available on each product page. Generally, our sizing is based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, we recommend using a freight forwarding service.
Can I upgrade components like tires or drivetrains through your shop?
While we sell bikes in standard configurations, our frames are designed with industry-standard specs, making it easy for you to customize your ride with aftermarket components.
